At Kirstin Ash, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Kirstin Ash packaging and secure it within a sturdy mailing box or padded envelope.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the items.
